Term and Conditions and recruitment details

             I am a candidate for a distributor of petroleum products. Which is in accordance with the terms and conditions called                               “Proponents”. The proponents request that PTT (Cambodia) Limited (PTTCL), Which continue in the terms and conditions,                      call “Company” to consider in principle, being a distributor of petroleum products Type of fuel station by the offer or agrees                    as follows:

1.       The person accepting and agree that all personal information and all the information specified in this request is true and accurate, which the company reserved that right to consider Cancellation of principal approval or claiming damages if it finds that such information does not match reality, accepted the offer.

2.       And agreed that all information specified in this request is the property of the company.

3.       The proponent agrees and agrees that PTTCL has the right to process personal information of the proponent. Including consenting to collect, use, use or disclose personal information in order to comply with the objectives of applying for a distributor of petroleum products by using personal information and such information will be in the scope and criteria set by the company. If the proponents wish to cancel the provision of personal information can canceled at station@ptt.com.kh

4.       The applicant has studied and accepted the terms and conditions of application as specified on the website www.pttcambodia.com      

5.       Where the last completed. The consideration process will take within 90 working days and the company will notify the results of the consideration to the proponent according to the email specified by the proponent.

6.       The proponent accepts the obligation according to the specified conditions while submitting the request. Including additional terms and conditions in the future without having to inform the proponent in advance.

1.         Area

·         Area in Phnom Penh, suburbs and urban areas of provinces with dense communities There should be an area the front of   the road is not less than 30 meters.

2.         Location

·          The land should be located at a distance of 50 meters from the intersection of the railways bridge and the carriage. The      public can conveniently, safely and without obstacles.

·          The location of the request for the establishment of a service station must not overlap with the PTT STATION service      station network

3.         Investment form for establishment of services stations

Case 1

                                PTTCL Invested in the construction of the service station by purchasing or renting the land to operate itself.

Case 2

Proposed establishment is the investor of the land, construction costs and the service station itself.

4.         Service station size

(1)    Large size        

-           Location on the main road is a link between provinces

-          There are more than 2 types of retail business in service stations such as convenience stores, coffee shops, restaurant etc.

-          Should have an area of 100 x 100m or more and should have a width of 80 meters

(2)    Medium Size

-          Located on the secondary road as a link between the districts

-          There are at least 2 retails business within the service station, such as convenience stores, other the road

(3)    Small size

-          Is a service station that provides services within the community

-          Should have a size should have a width of more than 30 meters on the road

5.   Investment in construction of service stations (Excluding land value Filling and compacting)

6. Benefits for dealers of fuel service station

·         Get the right to use the trademark of PTTCL.

·         Receive the right to operate retail businesses belonging to PTTCL and business partner of PTTCL.

·         PTTCL designs the construction of services station. And other retail businesses to dealers

·         Providing equipment supporting the service station

·         Provide training of personnel in the service station at levels

·         The promoting and advertising of the ongoing global

·         Continuously promoting sales and advertising activities from the center

·         Provide advice and solve problems in business operations

·         Provide knowledge and news Movement in PTTCL product, business news, fuel marketing and related regulations

·         Having an effectives business support system for the convenience of business administration with health, safety, security and environmental management systems

7.       Basic documents for consideration

·         Copy of ID card or copy of government official card or entity certificate

·         Copy of the first page and the page with the provider name

·         Map and photos of the area to establish a service station

·         A copy of the document entitled. Such as land title deeds (land ownership) versions only), only copy of land lease agreement Contract to buy and sell / rent and landowners’ certificate true copy (in case the Security chapter. 5 is not a document of title, legal) with a copy of the landowner

·         Copy of current account over the past 6 months

·         A map showing the location on Google Map

·         Photo Area

·         Land Area

8.       PTTCL’s Consideration Process

        ·        The proponent acknowledges that the right to become a distributor of PTTCL is a unique right and cannot be transferred          to others. Whether in whole or in part Unless written approval from PTTCL in the case that the proponent wishes to                  establish a juristic person later to operate the gas station (Partnership or company) the proponent must be a managing                partner or Managing Director, as the case may be throughout the life of the distributor, PTTCL, Unless approved by                  PTTCL in writing

        ·        PTTCL will consider proposing to establish a fuel service station by considering the market considerations in the area              Demand for Fuel Sales of retail business, area of current services station network and other factors associated the                      consideration process will take approximately 90 business days since PTTCL ahs received your complete application                document

       ·         PTTCL reserves the right not to consider. If not receiving completed document as detailed in Article7

      1.        The company does not have a policy to proceed through agents, brokers or any intermediaries. If your find someone                  impersonating, please report to station@ptt.com.kh for the company to proceed with legal proceedings

              2.        Applying for distributor will not charge any fees at all

              3.       The consideration of the suitability is under the authority of the committee to consider the request for the establishment or                         support of the investment in the PTTCL Petroleum product service station and the results are considered final and final.
